Some restaurants reach for the stars. At the HERMITAGE Restaurant, we are more concerned about seeing our guests happy. Our recipe for this starts with first-class, fresh ingredients, whenever possible from the region. Using a great deal of skill and creativity, our kitchen crew creates newly interpreted classics such as cordon bleu, fresh perch ceviche from Lake Lucerne and delicious meat dishes. All served with carefully selected wines from Switzerland and Europe.

BREAKFAST from 7 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. (Monday - Friday) / 11 A.M. (Saturday, Sunday & public holiday)

LUNCH from 12 P.M. to 2 P.M.

DINNER from 6 P.M. to 10 P.M.

Until March 31, 2025, our restaurant is closed on Sundays as of 3 P.M. We are happy to serve you in our bar.
