To see the HERMITAGE from a different perspective, go out on the lake. Either comfortably in our pedalo, our kayak or sporty on one of our stand-up paddleboards, all free of charge for hotel guests.

Explore the lake

The HERMITAGE lake fun cruiser can take up to eight people. Snacks and beverages are available on request. It is the most leisurely way to explore Lake Lucerne.

Price: 1 hour CHF 80 / 3 hours CHF 200 / 6 hours CHF 350

Be your own captain. No boat licence is required.

Serve & Tee

Game, set and birdie! Our hotel's own tennis court is available free of charge - just grab a racket and get started. Or would you prefer golf? Three first-class courses are waiting for the perfect tee shot less than 10 km away!

Feet on the pedals

If you want to explore the area around the HERMITAGE, you can do this using our own e-bikes or city bikes. A helmet and lock are provided. We are also happy to give tips on what route to take for your excursion.

Fitness on foot

There are a number of paths for jogging or walking in the area around the HERMITAGE Hotel. You can head along the quay towards the city or stay in the surrounding natural environment.

Sunbathing lawn

Time slows down when our hotel guests are sunbathing on our lawn by the lake.

Ship ahoy!

Course ships offering trips on Lake Lucerne dock and depart directly from the HERMITAGE. It is well worth taking a trip. There are different routes and enchanting places to discover. We also have our own boat, which we are happy to book for our guests and their event.
